A little bit of everything and a new race winner who is also now leading the WDC... the second half of the season just became that much more interesting!

As good as if not better than Monaco so it has to be a 10 again
im thinking my ratings are making F1 look good - note these scores are in comparison with F1 and are not compared with any other series |

voted a 9, brilliant race, non-stop action around the midfield (not so much around the sharp end though, the conditions were normal for a second, huge gaps started to develop between all the front runners, if you think about how it was before the first SC period, it coulda potentially been a snorefest)

9 from me - really enjoyed it. Lots of incidents, plenty of overtaking, and a new winner. Like John says, the championship just got a bit more interesting today.

8. Fantastic race. Montreal always produces a cracker.

Another solid '8' for me. I really must go to the race in Montreal before it gets replaced with another Tilke-ring in the middle of a desert, it never fails to deliver a cracker

Gave it a 9. That's 8 for the race and a bonus point for Felipe's move.

9 for me - a little better than Monaco, very entertaining, some good racing mid-field, and a very unusual podium.

I gave it 7; The inconsistency of stewards penalties is again going to cause much muttering, Sure LH ran into KR and it was for him a stupid mistake and a penalty is well deserved, but KR gets no penalty for exactly the same crime at Monoco, Why?

7 for me. There was some overtaking but if you remove overtaking team mates and skittering around on the marbles then you're left with Massa's excellent opportunism and not a lot else I can remember. 7 for entertainment although the steward's bias showed itself once again to help annoy me in the aftermath.

8. Not as good as Monaco.
Vote does not include FIA post-race muppetry. |

8 out of 10 for viewing, but as a Ferrari fan I'm not that happy with the result...!

it was a good race. Part of the reason we liked it was that the TV production crew and director (not commentators) followed the mid field action more than we usually see.
I watched it primarily on Fox but when they went to commercial flipped over to TSN. Sometimes both were in commercial but usually not so saw more racing and less hype. |

I'll give it a '9' (that's nine out of ten for those that think '2' ranks it higher ).
Maybe Bernie could make 'track failure' a mandatory requirement for future races. And so to Magny-cours where I'm not expecting to give more than a '3' (that's three out of ten for those that think Magny-cours could possibly rate 'third' out of ten (?) races). |
