New Circuit complex in South of France!
Just back from my (motoring enthusiasts B+B) house in the south of France and the Government-backed circuit near Ales (quite near Avignon and north of the Nimes/Ledenon circuit) which is now fully operational. Will be running testing and track days down there in 2003, and with an FIA karting track and off-road/rally track it will be more like a motorsport activity day than just a track day! Come on down - Mika Hakkinen was there earlier this year too!!

Hi slowboy (which I doubt very much!) - just back from new year break. I run charity activity track days at Goodwood and also through Circuit Stars where a donation is made to a UK charity, for everyone who joins in the fun at UK and French bashes. A Good Cause at Goodwood (see website for more info) is on 22 July at Goodwood and we have days in early August and possibly in March, April and May too - all at Goodwood but other circuits are available.
With regard to the brand new French circuit, the cost would be £175 per day for a minimum of 12 people and I can reduce this for more people, with a 105 db limit and a Multisport two seater sports full racing car can be hired + ARDS instructors for the day. B+B at my house (I can take 6 people)is £60 per night including massive, full English breakfast (bacon-pig has wings!)and transport to and from the circuit, bars, pubs, hotels, etc if you want to leave your cars in my secure unit there. Again, I make a donation to UK charities...nice to put something back while you have fun, isn't it. |

Hi! Just back from a 4 day marathan at the Autosport Show - like the world's largest and longest cocktail party!! Have a day at Goodwood in the first week of August - any good. Looking at some dates in April onwards for the circuit in France. Any dates in mind for a Sneaky Weekend Away?

No, it is much further south than Potier where the Val Vienne circuit is based. It is brand new, only opened in July officially, with a kart track and three off road tracks as well as the circuit vitesse. Circuit hire for the day, all in, is around £2,750.
