Tiger and Maclaren
Anyone see the tiger woods and maclaren commercial? He hits the golf ball and the Maclaren driver whoever it might be runs through monaco and catches it in his rim, and drives it back to Tiger for another Tee...Kinda clever kinda stupid

Yeah I thought it was kinda neat. Is Tiger an F1 fan?

Doesn't it seem sad that drivers like Fisichella, Coultard, Barrichello, and Ralf all have secure seats in F1, despite having had race winning cars for many more seasons than Jacques, yet failing to chalk up as many wins as he (let alone a WDC) that it is Jacques who doesn't have a drive in F1??? Sad indeed. |

Toyota in OZ has a funny one .It's a corolla accelerating through the gears with one of those shar-pie dogs in the back seat(you know, those really wrinkly dogs)
As the revs build up in each gear, the wrinkles are pulled back and the dogs face goes smooth.Very funny, very cute |

I doubt that Tiger is an F1 fan, although it would be interesting to find out. The commercial is pretty slick though. It's good to see an American superstar cross over into what is generally a European sport. I believe if F1 is to continue growing here in the US, we really need a high profile spokesman, somebody like Tiger. He has the power to bring some new fans (or old ones!) to the sport.
Hey, at least the commercial wasn't done with NASCAR! |

P.S.- An American driver wouldn't hurt either! Ah, someday!
