Pic 1, Pic 2 and Pic 3 look like antennae for data acquisition. Pic 4 is definitely the Rossi arse cam.

Yep, pic 4 is the arse cam.
 The rest are just data transmission antenna's, for gearchanges, rpm, engine temps, oil temps/pressure, throttle/brake usage and so on. |

ok, thanks for explanation
 but then why not all the bikes carry these data acquisition antennas? (at least, sometimes they're not visible) and why teams place them in different locations (on the same bike)? |

Sometimes they place those things internally to not disturb the airflow over the bike and such.
Don't know about the different locations though, driver preference maybe? |
