GP2 non championship race at Abu Dhabi
So any rumours as to who is driving for whom in Abu Dhabi.
I have heard that Ceccon is racing for Coloni and Felix da Costa for Ocean. I also heard that Fauzy is racing for Addax, which is strange as I thought the Abu Dhabi race was for rookies only. |

can i remind you this race is non-championship that coming up. therefore names like fauzy are allowed to race, not rookie only (we got to have known names as well to keep the rookies in check)

I'm also worried about the news about the Abu Dhabi extra-championship GP2 round.
If there are not enough entries confirmed, I will postpone the opening of the last round of 2011 GP2 TWPC up to November 7th, and not October 30th as originally planned. |

will buxton reports that fabio leimer and nathanael berthon will be driving for racing engineering in the abu dhabi race. both seem to have a lot of pace, but neither are particularly good at producing it when it matters!

This is a terrible line-up... Is Addax in financial trouble? First they sell their GP3 team, now these drivers.
I hope they can get someone like Bianchi for the full season. |

I think Agag is also caught up on the periphery of a corruption allegation situation in Spain, but that seems neither here nor there unless there are other investors in the team who are getting cold feet. Beyond my sphere of knowledge, that... |

Doesn't look like Eurosport are showing the Abu Dhabi races. Shame.

Max Chilton and Jan Charouz both confirmed in Carlin for Abu Dhabi:
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/95906 Plus Luiz Razia joining Alexander Rossi at Caterham Team AirAsia, too. The official Twitter of GP2 is suggesting that one more announcement will be done, but which team, which driver(s)? |

Quite a strong lineup all round. But personally, I think it should have been limited to rookies only. I can see the experienced guys like Clos, Gutierrez, Leimer, Ericsson and Coletti score the big points. |

GP2 non championship race at Abu Dhabi
so the GP2 cars have one more outing this year and this is the known as GP2 Final. we know we have GP3 drivers in the hot seats so that could trigger a SC or 2. as we know this is non-championship therefore we just need to find out who will be the last GP2 winners of this year.
just do not know if this is on TV or not |

Only 5 seats to fill... Almost complete the drivers entrylist. Just Arden, SuperNova and one of the Ocean seats to confirm.

Arden tested Craig Dolby, Roberto Merhi and Simon Trummer recently. Josef Kral might be in with a chance too. Possibly Mitch Evans as well? Super Nova are selling seats on the cheap, so there is a chance of Albert Costa and Giacomo Ricci, neither of whom have much money, to continue with the team they tested with in Barcelona. Fuazy and Carroll might stay on as well. |

Well, al above names are wrong, the signed Nicolas Marroc. What did he do this year? He was in the F3 Euroseries last year, not the most impressive driver then if I recall well.
