Jenny should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Steam Train to Goodwood Revival Meeting anyone?!

Possible fab day out! Anyone interested in taking the steam train from Victoria to Goodwood Revival Meeting (+ period transport for the fill ins)and return again? Full hospitality/grandstand tickets/lunch/tea, etc (arranged by Goodwood itself) and 2 hour train journey back to Victoria after the day (Saturday) with a 3 course dinner to end the day. I'm on it for sure!!

Let me know.

That sounds like fun,but how much will it cost? I can go on the regular train for free, and if I go, plan on doing all 3 days, staying nearer to Goodwood than London.

Are you organizing this Jenny? Or if you know who is, some suggestions; The main race day is SUNDAY.Saturday will be mainly practice, but an endurance race is scheduled to run until after dark.By the time you get back to London and have your meal its going to be rather late!

No, but I will be involved with it. The preferred day for this trip is Saturday (by Goodwood) because of a number of reasons but mainly hospitality and the train. The 9 hour race should finish at 7pm and dinner will be served at 8.30-9pm - not too late, surely?!!
