Will we ever see Renault back in BTCC Touring?

well, will we ever see renault back in the british touring car championship???
it would be nice to see the british racing green and gold alloyys on a laguna again!

It will be either them or Nissan, with Nissan leaning towards the ETCC, wouldn't suprise me to see Renault back.

On the colours, i'd guess the green and gold alloy's would only return if Nescafe did as well.

That could be why they raced with the green, i just assumed the colour change was to do with sponsership, as in 1997 they were blue/yellow, then in 1998 the Nescafe sponsership arrived along with a livery change.

I'm sure if Nissan did come then they would use the new Primera, but seeing as Renault owns Nissan, it will be one or the other most likely (unless we have another Rover/Jaguar situation, which would be good)

Dudley has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Blend 37 (the brand of coffee nescafe chose to promote) comes with a dark green label, so I strongly suspect it was their doing.

That livery was good. Bring it back on the Laguna 2 and get Jason Plato back in it!
