Contact for Anglesey 24/25 may please?
Could someone give me details of who I would need to contact to marshal the 24th and 25th of May at Anglesey circuit please. I know its late notice so wanted to call them to try and get in before it was too late

Thats very helpful in confiming the name but I have no contact details for him and the circuit marshal section needs a login/password to get into plus the circuit office are not answering

Harv, ANY event for Anglesey and Oulton can be volunteered for via the forms on the BRSCC NW site. If you go here > http://www.brsccnw.com/marshalling2.htm and look towards the bottom there are PDF and DOC links to the volunteering forms. For both circuits, no matter who the organising club, you can (and should) use these forms. They then need to be sent to Dave Cleaveley (email or snail mail is fine) who collates all the info and passes it on to the Chief Marshal for each event, who in this case is Alistair Garrett. You only need to contact the CM directly if you are running out of time, ie. a week or less before the event.
The circuits themselves will not be able to help as they don't run the meetings, at best they'll direct you to the CM for the event. The BRSCCNW site is by far your best information source for anything to do with Anglesey and Oulton, just remember to submit seperate forms if you want to do different disciplines (ie. one for flag, one for incident etc) and make sure you don't volunteer for both circuits on the same days!! |

I got through to Alistair and sent an email to his own addy ( hope i got it right ) he was about to print out the lables for the envelopes...
If i got the email right I should be joining you for both days and with the events I will have done previously can look to the possibility of being given my examining siggy to make the track marshal grade |
