Not a bad entry numerically but it does look like there's some 'filler', the 964-generation 911 and the RX-7 must be getting on in years? I must admit that the Oskar and the GC are mysteries to me, does anyone have pointers to specs/pics? Last edited by Pete Fenelon; 24 Oct 2006 at 10:48. |

If these current P2 teams step upto ACO reg chassis, this series could look very interesting, very soon.

What can be done about the autosensor ruining the driver names, like Ma-tsu-shi-ta, and Ya-ma-shi-ta, = Matsu****a and Yama****a.

Well if they fit into the regulations for the ACO/FIA GT2 class then yes I guess they are Fire. Anyone remember the Supra racing in the Bahrain GT festival a couple of years ago? I beleive that was racing to FIA/ACO GT2 specification also.

That's the reasen why he is not competitive against those 996 RS(R)'s in JLMC. And NO that Supra of 2004 Bahrein GT Festival isn't a FIA/ACO Homoligated car. It's a national GT2 car spec. Turbo and GT2 isn't the definiation in the eyes of ACO-FIA |

The Supra could be homlogated though for ACO/FIA series? I beleive the limit for turbocharged cars in GT1/GT2 is 4.0ltr? The Supra is a 3.0ltr twin turbo.

Zytek is clearly the pacesetter in first practice, one sec ahead of the works Courage. Great to see the ol' girl is still better than some of LMP1s fastest. Just wonderin whether the 04s/05s would be leagal in the ALMS next year - it was this year......?

The Mugens a new Courage LC70.
I read somewhere the LC70/75 was designed by one of the orignal Zytek design team, don't know if this is true or not. |

Its a nice idea but I seriously doubt it, remember the Zytek 04s comes from the Reynard/IRM 02s YGK car, originally designed by Reynard and picked up by IRM when Reynard went south. I suppose its possible that the Reynard lads designed the LC70 but its a longshot - especially since they seem to have taken a step backwards both in beauty and aerodynamic ability!

The article mentioned one guy, not a team of designers.
