Considering it was Bahrain, it wasn't too bad. So a 6 is deserved imo

A 6.5 for me, so I'll vote a 7 to be nice.
Solid fun. |

0, I fell asleep and now feel like an idiot.
It would have been a 10 if we had refueling. |

a little boring to watch, I don't like the new section so a 4 for me. I hope the rest of the races pick up.

I still prefer Melbourne but that was a good start after all.

A solid 3 from now. Didn't make me wish I was doing coursework instead, but having said that almost nothing of any interest happened at all. Some cars just went around a desert much more slowly than they usually do.

Just watched the Bahrain GP and what a wasted afternoon.
NO drama, NO overtaking except lapping back markers. And, if you noticed, no spectators, except in the start fininsh straight, even then they were sparse. This is the 60th anniverary of F1, and they assembled all the living Champions at Bahrain to mark the event. Some drove their old cars in demonstration laps, some drove even more historic cars like the MB W125. That one was David Coultard, who is a commentator for BBC F1. What coverage did we have of that? About 5 seconds, of the champions or the C125, and David was asked one question about his drive. F1 is nothing without its history and now it's nothing anyway. John |

yeh the new section is too slow and twisty. liked the faster down hill section they cut out.
for the race i gave it a 3. had to feel for vettel who done a good job in qual then a good start to the race only to be let down by the car. shame |

it seems the bigger and better diffusers have now made it virtually impossible to overtake even on a track that supposedly encourages overtaking.
I fear some other races are going to be dire. |

a 3 and that was only because glock managed to break the deadlock and overtake someone shortly before his retirement, at the front it was pretty stagnant!

Extremely dull, track is a joke.
Why make a new section and then make absolutely no room for passing in there? Utterly crass and obviously a plaything for the Sheikh guy who probably tried it ona simulator and thought iy felt good! Cars are slow, boring to watch and as usual cant overtake unless a mistake is made. # Some good drives from mid grid, thought Petrov drive well before retire, but front 6 were boringly robotic |

4. Some good racing in the midfield (not that we saw very much of it) but the lack of any excitement in the top 8 drags the score down.

5. Bahrain wise that was entertaining. Vettel's failure didn't help. Was shaping up to be a good battle for the lead.
Can't wait for the better tracks. |

A generous 5. I worry that this season's rule changes might herald a few more dull processions, but the lack of racing was tempered by the first race interest in how everyone's shaping up.

I gave it a 3 but only because it helped me catch up on some sleep.

About as entertaining as watching golf or cricket. I gave it a one as I'm unable to give it a zero.
I fear for the rest of the season. |

Boring - worthy of no more than a 2.

A 4 from me. Liuzzi and Barrichello got high up before their stops but then went straight back to where they started. Glock and Kovalainen provided some entertainment and the action was generally decent between the Saubers with Kubica, Barrichello and Buemi. Upfront the top three drivers were close but without Vettel's problem it was no cigar for Ferrari.
Aside from a few moves as mentioned above the action was generally dire. So much promise and anticipation yielded so little reward. |

A track with very few good bits, and really not much happening throughout the race. Some good driving from the onboard shots made watching interesting occasionally. RTL's ads seem to have got even longer this year, no doubt because everybody hopes for record audiences due to Schumacher's return, and the muppets doing the comments have become even more annoyingly vacuous. I can't say I enjoyed myself ...
It's a 2 then. |

According to them no one has ever made a successful F1 comeback from retirement. Never mind Lauda winning his 3rd championship in 1984 after coming out of retirement in 82. 41 is not too old to be in F1 and he will become great again with time |
