Good news. How many of you thought this would come to pass? I can honest say that I thought it probably wouldn't, but I didn't think it was impossible.
Related note: Did anyone else notice how in San Jose they refered to the one area as the Toyota corner and there was a bunch of Toyota sponsorship on the walls there? |

I'd prefer another sponsor, but as long as the Champ Cars are running in Long Beach then I'm happy. Thanks for the info, Luke.

It does make sence, and shows long term comitment of the event, and also to other sponsers that it is a good event, better than the title name or main part changed every year. |

... that's great news and a big deal for LB and CC. And it's a signal to potential sponsors that they can have success without to be involved directly with engines etc. in the series...
