Rory Butcher P5 in the first qualifying! Maybe I'm biased and I know it was wet, but that's very impressive by him and the AmD guys given how far they were off the pace yesterday.

Luca Englster gets pole for race 1. Engine then blows so misses Q2 and has to start R1 from the back of the grid. So arguably the favourite starting both races from last!
Gavrillov on pole for R1 for Russia, Magnus for R2 for Belgium. Both in Audis Last edited by Evantra; 2 Nov 2019 at 10:39. |

Gavrilov wins R1. Would love to see him in TCR Europe full time next year.

Entertaining race, but in my memory Vallelunga always delivers great touring car racing.

Butcher just never seemed to get going. How did Coronel finish the race, car looked like a proper handful
Edit - Clutch problems off the line followed by an engine issue according to a tweet from AMD |

Great drive by Coronel.
Also Gavrilov is racing since at least 2016 2016- TCR Russia- Seat Leon Supercopa 2017- TCR Russia- Seat Leon TCR 2018- TCR Russia -Audi RS 3 LMS TCR/Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR 2018- TCR Europe- Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR 2019- TCR Russia, TCR Europe, TCR Italy, FIA Motorsport Games- Audi RS 3 LMS TCR So he is not a rookie, but he is pretty good. I would say same for Dusan Kouril. They surprised me the most. In good way |

If these "Motorsport Games" are meant to be some sort of Olympics of motorsport, then we have a long way to go. The organisation and race directing have been embarrassing.
Another day, another suspended GT race, another delayed touring car race and everyone is standing around waiting for the start...just because. |

Looking like this might end up being a SC finish for the TCs. Or a 1 lap shootout. On the plus side, the streams are good quality. |

Good finish to a poorly run TC event tbh. SRO/FIA can learn a lot from how well BTCC days are run. The turn around they have between races is butter smooth compared with this event.
More on track running, less drifting, eSports and karting needed. |
