Can anyone identify this rebodied Cooper Monaco?
I hesitate to ask since I am a newbie here, but hopefully someone will help on the assurance that I will participate more in the future
I'm trying to figure out where this particular ford powered cooper monaco came from. It has a McLaren like body of such strange configuration that I hope that someone will recognize it. It was also used in a movie called "Wheels" in it's blue livery. Eventually I'd like to trace it back to a chassis number but any clue like an owners name would be most helpful. Thanks, Chuck Last edited by chuckbrandt; 8 Feb 2007 at 13:45. |

Welcome, Chuck; look forward to more contribs from you! It also looks a bit Scarabesque to me (photo 3, anyway).

Front end looks like a McLaren Mk1 or possibly the rear engined Scarab. Back end ??? Wierd spoiler.
