NW Curry Night - Fri 2nd February
Put Friday 2nd Feb in your diary for another episode of Walshy's infamous NW Formula Ford Curry Nights
As Diz informed you all before Christmas, I was unable to sort anything out due to back problems, but things are now on the mend and the word CURRY has been thrown my way by a few of you.So, without further ado, here are some details for you. Friday, 2nd February at the Nawaab in Levenshulme again. We meet up around 7pm at the pub across the road (the name always escapes me, but someone will remind me) and then the table will be booked for 9.00pm. For anyone that hasn't been before, the Nawaab is an eat-all-you-like Indian Buffet Restaurant and the food is awesome. The only thing with the place, is it's un-licenced, so no booze on the premises. If we get sat down for 9pm though, for anyone that wants to, we can retreat back to the pub for last orders. The cost of the Buffet is £10, but we will collect £12 off everyone. This will cover the cost of bottled water on the tables and a small tip for the staff. If you fancy it, let me know asap and I can get things arranged regarding numbers etc. ctmotorsport@dsl.pipex.com Hope you can all make it. These are good get togethers and all the regulars will vouch what a good night we have. As an aside, I won't be racing much this year...... Just to let you know, we are currently at 28 for the curry night. Anyone out there who hasn't let me know yet, please do so asap as I have to confirm numbers with the Nawaab. Should be a good one....... |

Superb Night. Great grub and my digs were superb too.
The size of the breakfast concerned me though....HUGE!!! Obviously the chef was trying to make me carry even more additional ballast than I do already!!!! Mind you that might be because I'll be racing against him at some point this year no doubt.....h aha ha ha hah a |
