St Gueno Brittany Hillclimb

just saw a add for a hillclimb at the above place in france it sounds fun at 3.4k however i am new too hillclimbs and i am just finishing a build on a mg
it says in the entry requiements you have to have a msa log book for the car
can some one tell me what it is or how i get one ? thanks

Have you looked at the MSA website? http://www.msauk.org. There must be something on there - if only the phone number to ring them up and ask!
