Sebring: Who will come out on top in GT1?
Just interested to see who everyone thinks will come out on top at Sebring in what will surley be the most competitve class in the 12hrs, and IMO the most interesting. Personally im going for the ACEMCO Saleen.

I voted for an Aston Martin. if it's as fast as it looks great, there will be no stopping them.

I voted #3. I'd like to vote for #5, but that's just too much to hope for.
For the Aston to win, first it has to take the green flag. |

I voted for Graham Nash. I just LUV Saleens. Look good and sound good.
However, not listened or seen the Massa's or Aston's in action. My view could change. |

I've gone for the Labre Ferrari 550, we know it has pace and know its reliable, its proven over this distance and its a top team that know what they are doing, I think that all points to a very clean, but fast, run to victory.

It has to be the Maserati MC12! That car (and her sister) is unstoppable!

#3, I suspect. GM are too good not to win.

A Corvette will win. I'm afraid the Bentleys are too young for this first long race of the season. The Maseratis won't last the whole race.

They were absolutely beautiful to watch and listen to at Winter Testing... and they were fairly quick, too...ran some times in the 1:56 range if I remember correctly.... |

i went with the #86 Larbre 550 because it is the only non-new proven race winner in the hands of tried and tested pilots as well as a championship winning team... dear god this is going to be an amazing race

Unfortunately, the Sebring site doesn't have a "Time/Speed Conversion Chart" on it But Ron Fellows set the qualifying record last year at 113.796 mph. I'll see what I can find elsewhere...but I believe that the GT1 clas runs in the mid-1:50s |
