The Ferrari has poor wet weather set-up? I mean Irvine ahead of Barrichello? The McLaren boys are out to prove a point after qualifying? The Benettons are as bad as we suspected, worse than the Minardi... The Arrows of Jos Verstappen has a rocket in the back?? I REALLY can't wait for the race now! Who said rain? |

The track was drying during the warm ups, so the above the times are more representative of who was out in the last few minutes.
Anyway, let's hope it starts to rain again...... |

Weather Update
Amazingly while playing a game of 8-ball pool at real.com, I spoke to a F1 fan from Melbourne and he said the weather conditions for 10 mins before this was posted where....
'Cloudy but not looking like rain' so there ya go! Ally |

Rain would just give M Schumacher more of an advantage.

The Ferrari has poor wet weather set-up?
hmm...hope not, the Ferrari had been one of the best cars in the wet for the last few seasons. I think its just a changning of weather conditions... |

Jean Alesi is a standout wet weather driver. I hope it keeps raining for the sake of my bank balance!

Well, I worked in Melbourne for 7 years and I can definitely say one thing about the weather: "if it doesn't suit you, wait a couple of hours". It is unpredictable, and during one of the lead up races, i saw lots of dark clouds above - hey!! that was a hour ago, so I don't know what it's like now. I see that Alonso did rather well again.
