From a career perspective, I'd rather be in a mandatory division, rather than one like racing that could be scrapped with the stroke of a pen.

Given that Ford is contracting jobs everywhere, the busiest people are in the HR department, not the ones nailing the FG's together
 It seems odd that the architects of various racing strategies at the Blue Oval dont seem to be in the gig long enough to see if they actually work... The transition to the 2-team factory model is a huge leap of faith... and you would like to think it made sense... but what will happen when there are only 13 (or perhaps fewer?) Falcons on the main game grid next year? I know it only takes one car to win a race/meeting/championship... but Marcos is gone now....
