What about Prost?
Apparently Prost is in major financial difficulties and the team assets could be impounded at the Belgium GP, according to Autosport. Ferrari engines are probably unlikely at this stage, and "sources suggest that shareholder Pedro Diniz wants to takeover the team outright, and has offered to cover the outfit's debts – understood to be about £11million."
Could we be seeing a "Team Diniz" in the near future and is that the reason why Alesi wishes to get out? Of course there were the "David Hunt/Team Lotus returns" rumours of replacing Prost but I thought that Hunt sold the rights, so I don't know. Doubt it. |

Perhaps Asiatech deal can save this team? Perhaps Asiatech want to buy a percentage of the team?
