In case you're a TGF fan though, I assure you it's not meant to insult him, it's just easier than spelling out his entire name (which you have to do because of his brother TGFLB also being in the mix).
Moffat has another version of this nickname but you'll have to ask him about that one.

I suggest that we write a letter to TGF with all members of 10 tenths signatures, demanding him to personally entitle himself as TGF !!!!
