Race of the Year
Didn't get much coverage anywhere did it? Anyway, Michael Rutter did the double with the same top 8 in each race.
Rutter-Richards-Emmett-Mason-Smart-Haslam-Kirkham-Harris Did anyone go? And I thought Shakey was racing?! |

MCN's coverage of the event was shameful, their BSB "reporter" was at the meeting, but was obviously more interested in "who had/hadn't signed for who" in the paddock, rather than any actual racing.
Big crowd, great racing and to quote a leading rider, "Friendlier than the usual BSB gestapo attitude...." |
