OVERSTEER should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
GP rule changes

With regulation changes happening in GP's for next year,could any one tell me what those changes are? like what size engines and that sort of thing

engine capacity: 990cc
weight: N/A
tyre dementions: N/A (i think the normal 500 tyres 16.5s and so will be used)
