First Busch Dodge team
These guys seem like they are going out on a limb without any committed factory support, but Welliver-Jesel Motorsports have announced that they are switching to Dodge next year. Sounds like a tough road to hoe.
Interesting also to see that they announced Casey Mears to drive. Another open wheeler making the move to stock cars! He is still young, seems to have a lot of natural talent and good skills, so it will be interesting to see how he goes. Last edited by Emfa; 9 Nov 2001 at 19:09. |

I wondered how long it would take for someone to say, "Hey Dodge is kicking butt in the Truck Series and now they are winning in Cup. Let's form a Dodge Busch Grand National team."
Good to see Casey get locked into a promising ride. |
