Interview at a Karting Centre

Evening Gentleman,

In a couple of days I have a job interview at a brand new karting centre and am looking for as much advice as possible. Good questions to ask, good answers to give, things like that. There are quite a lot of people here involved in karting, so I suspect this is a good place to ask for this sort of advice. There's no set position I'm applying for, but race marshal and director are the two I'm most interested in, so all information is relevant and useful.
