JohnnyFiama should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Where does the money come from?

How can Kawasaki and, especially, Suzuki run for year after year with no major sponsors? Suzuki have been in GP's with no title sponsor in 98, 99, 03 and 04. Can you imagine an F1 team surviving year after year with no sponsors?

MotoGP is more popular than ever, you'd think someone would want to throw some money at a works team (even if both of them have no chance of winning anything).

Now that would be cool.... bringing Schwantz out of retirement would probably help too.

I can't explain it, though I think Kawasaki does have substantial sponsorship coming from Eckl and co.

As for Suzuki, it's not like they have much else around except in MotoGP. All their resources go into that.

and, given the results, I'm not too surprised that sponsors prefer other constructors!

Cost cutting lately.

Kawasaki dropped their Supersport program after 2003, after spending a year developing their new bike.

Suzuki dropped the World Superbike factory program, though politics played abit in that as well.
