The US F2000 has announced that their rookie of the year award will become the Greg Moore Memorial Rookie of the Year and that his trademark number 99 will be retired within that series as well. Very classy.

thats a pretty good homor to have and I guess greg would be proud to have it named after him..I thought maybe Champ car rookie might have been better but its still a nice thing for the FF2000 series to do..
just a quick question ..do they have a name for the champ car rookie trophy??? |

I was so happy when I read about this. What a wonderful way to remember Greg.
The name of the award in CART is the Jim Truman Rookie of the Year Award. |
