pieterbakker should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Track day ‘Open Pitlane 2009’

.

Saturday 14 March, I have taken the opportunity to visit the ‘Open Pitlane’ track day at the circuit Spa Francorchamps, a joint effort of Patrick Gassmann, Jan Luehn and Alain Defalle.

Alain is the organiser of the ‘Spa Six Hours’ and the ‘Spa Summer Classic’ and therefore quality guaranteed.

A host of historic, classic, youngtimers and modern sport cars could be found on track.

Only last week it snowed at Spa Francorchamps, but this weekend, the good weather and the convivial ambiance attracted many visitors.

The full story and images can be found at;

Enjoy your racing,
Pieter BAKKER

Pieter, I would be interested to know what the noise limit is at these meetings.

Depends on the event, some are 105dB some less. Always check with the organiser before you book.

I also visited Spa on saturday, took some pics. They can be found here -> http://www.e40racer.be/php/roadbook-...e-trackday.php

Hi Tom,

There were no noise restrictions that day.

Cheers,
