Redracer77 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Oulton Park MSV FF1600 race

Just under 2 weeks till MSV comes to town in the NWFF region and it looks like the biggest grid by far for MSV boys.

We had a show of hands yesterday at Anglesey and I think there were at least 18 people that said they were doing it so with the 15 they normally get we should see a grid of 33 for this race which is one short of capacity (I think, Ian correct me if I am wrong).

So should be a good race for all to watch and race in and lets hope it is also as clean as the FF1600 racing at Anglesey last weekend with no real incidents apart from 2 cars at the hairpin in race 2

From what I can remember the NWFF drivers doing MSV are -

Chris Hodgen
Jonny Lang
Richard Bott
Peter Welch
Mike Mullins
Mark Chadwick
Steve St Clair
Mike Bibby
Seamus Wild
Ray Robinson
John Loebell
Chris Chisnall

Plus a number more that I can't remember!!

Anyone from any other regions going to give Oulton Park a try - Justin? John Miller?

I didn't see the crash but I did have a look in mirrors down the back straight and Mike looked to have the hairpin covered.

Just a race crash... Mikes decided to spend his money on repairs instead of extra races....means a weekend of cadet racing for me instead! spending instead of earning...unless?

If this is his first season he has done an amazing job so far. He only just got beat by John on Sunday. I am not sure his car will suit the full circuit but I would expect him in the top 10 never the less.

I'll be running the Anglesey Test Day for Leinster MC on the Friday, but will return to England to co-ordinate the MSVs' on Saturday before heading back to Wales for the FF1600 race on the Sunday of their "Irish Motorsport on Tour" weekend.
Then I'm back home to England and the day job.

I wonder how many will travel to Cadwell Park? With no local championship will it be the smallest FF1600 grid of the season?
