I've removed 20 pounds worth of bodywork from my car!

Well, okay, actually that was the salt that did that...

My best 1/4 is 13.3/107 mph . The track at Calgary is 3600 ft above sea level . At a lower elevation and on slicks , I would expect low to mid 12's .

In my opinion a waste of money. ford ones are good enough.

Splitfire spark plugs
brakes:
Black diamond ventillated, cross drilled and grooved front disks

Why not fit Sierra cossy ones. easy mod.

Mintex fast road pads
misc:
uprated Black Diamond clutch
bodywork:
rear roof spoiler
rear boot spoiler
blue mhw rear lens cluster
blue oval side repeaters

really!

I couldn't say what impact the Mafco Pro leads made because i added them with the spark plugs at the same time. It seemed to produce a tiny amount of performance.
I was going to get Splitfire twin core leads but the garage i was getting everything from recommended Mafco instead, even though they were about 5 times cheaper.

Why not fit Sierra cossy ones. easy mod.
I didnt know they could be fitted.

really!
the spoilers were already on when i bought it and i dont think they are too big or OTT or anything, infact I like them.
As for the blue bits, well thats just to be different and look much better in my opinion.

heres my car on the rolling road (not a very good pic tho)

The blue bits do seem strange to me but then i am old and a bit of a fuddy duddy i.e. If it doesn't help performance then I won't spend money on it.
The cossy brakes were on the car when I bought it but all it seems to be are double ended bolts with spacers. the lugs are the same. I can get the rears off the ground.
How is the handling because I found mine to be the car from hell!. I am fitting PAS at the moment and I am spending lots of money to get the car driveable.

>>hows the handling?

seems ok to me, mine has PAS but its still a bit heavy.
Theres no body roll or anything, but the bonnet dips or rises more than i'd really like when accelerating or braking.
Seems a bit slippy round fast motorway bends in the rain too, but i always blamed my tyres.
