According to most forum members...ANYONE can win in a Ferrari
But answering the topic question, not anyone will drive for Ferrari, and JV won't be an exception from the majority. Massa, and even Fisi, would have chances driving Ferrari this year for tests, and they'd have a greater chance for 05. Not forgetting Alonso, Kimi, etc.. |

Fisi in the Ferrari would be a fun combo. I'd cheer him on in the Ferrari.

Fisi's days are numbered. It'll be a young guy like Alonso or Raikkonen. I'm still not sold on Massa, but Ferrari might be.
Schumacher will be in the first seat. Last edited by enemy-ace; 21 Dec 2003 at 02:52. |

I would like Fisi to get the drive. He's a good driver who has never really got the break he deserves.
In reality though, I think Ferrari are grooming Massa for the drive. Thats if Rubhino's contract isn't extended past 2004 of course. Last edited by Spudgun; 21 Dec 2003 at 02:57. |

Whoever wins at Sauber in 2004 will be at Ferrari in 2005, partnering Barrichello/Alonso/M Schumacher.

That talk could be just the other voices in your head. Don't worry, go have a beer, relax, and relish that you saw Jacques Villeneuve win a Championship years ago.
Time for him to chase women around, and spend the wad BAR have paid him. |

Has TGF been signed on for '05 and onwards?
I think it all depends on this year and next. If TGF wins another godforsaken title, then he may just walk away... but he probably won't... Barrichello is all but gone from Ferrari after '04. So it will either be TGF and someone, or Ferrari could go into 2005 with two new drivers. I kind of have to agree with DNQ said above about the Sauber situation. Both are Ferrari drivers essentially - Massa a tester and Fisichella just wants to drive for them. Would love to see Fisi end up there. As for JV, this ain't a bash folks. He ain't going there. Simple as that. |

I thought you meant Olivier Jacque - he has more chance of getting an F1 drive now.
Ferrari seem to have been grooming Massa for several eyars, although they will have the best idea of his current true potential and ability after seeing him test for a year. Fisichell may have missed the boat, which is a shame. If Michael leaves, Rubens may stay. Otherwise, he will need a seaosn full of Silverstone-style drives to stay on. Raikkonen's contract ends at the end of 2004 though..... |

Does the title of this thread suggest there is going to be a different coloured Ferrari as well?
I'd hope that Luca Badoer gets the drive! |

There is no way JV or Ralf will go to Ferrari, not while MS is there. I really cant see these guys playing the number 2 role. I cant see them going for Fisi if they wanted him they would have signed him after Irvines departure
