Argentine Rallycross (CARZ)
The Argentine Rallycross Championship (CARX) will being the 2015 season at Baradero.
carxrally.com twitter.com/carxrally It will feature several top rally drivers such as Federico Villagra, Gabriel Pozzo, Claudio Menzi, Miguel Baldoni and Nicolás Fuchs. They will use the Maxi Rally cars of the Argentine Rally Championship, as well as a N4 class. Races will air live on Saturdays on Carburando (Canal 13 / TyC Sports). They will support the World RX round at San Luis as last year. |

They aren't WRX / GRX Supercars, but they are very decent for Argentine budgets.
(There's exchange controls, so the government may forbid anyone from buying dollars to import stuff.) |

Round 4 will be on November 27-28 at the Autódromo Juan Manuel Fangio in Rosario, supporting the FIA World Rallly Championship. The entry list will be published soon.
Round 5 will be on December 20 at the Autódromo Rosendo Hernández in San Luis, supporting the Argentine Super TC2000. |

Argentina and Uruguay have a lot of tradition in autocross (dirt circuit racing).
The novelty here is the engine power and factory involvement. |

Whereas other rallycross chmpionships will switch to electric, the Argentine Rallycross Championship will switch to 5.0L V8 engines!!!
