Well if you choose the races carefully, Regis and Garry do very well. And in fact McCoy should be doing better, but some very strange tyre choices have dropped him way down the order.

I think Yamaha are commited to supplying all those teams as by having more input into the performance of the bike the better for them. Yamaha almost looks like getting back to the performance of when Rainey was riding for them.

I doubt doh that the team will be named 'Redbull' next year because Redbull will probably stop sponsoring the team, they already wanted to do that last year but the great results of the last races pulled them over to do an other year!
Seeing the results at the moment i don't think they will continue!

Hard to tell. It depends on whether Redbull remember how well the team was going at the beginning of the year.

Yamaha have apparently stated publicly that they will supply eight! factory machines in 2001. the current Red Bull will be supplied though they may not carry that sponsorship. The other bikes will be the Marlboro two,the Chesterfield team who are moving up to 500 with jaque and Nakano, and Antenna 3 who will run 2 bikes with I think Jose Luis Cardoso as Abes team mate.
MCN in Britain reckoned that Mcoy's ride was secure but that Laconi had to get podiums by the end of the season. I agree that Mcoy in particular has made some riky tyre choices in the wet races. sometimes he'd be best to use whatever the guys on the front row are using.

Um...McCoy was one of the front row guys...

Considering how well he chose his tyres last year, I'm surprised how badly he is doing it this year.
