Good luck to AGR
I just am wondering how many of you are pulling for Michaels team. I think it would be great if his team could pull off Indy. With 4 very good drivers and a solid year under thier belts, I think they have a real good shot.

Well, I'll be rooting for Scott, (not Dixon), Sharp to win it. I know he's having a rough season, but he is a hometown boy, and there aren't many from around my area!
But, that said, I certainly wouldn't mind seeing an AGR driver take it, especially Kanann, as I'm a big fan. Michael does deserve some luck from all his hard work at Indy and also in the IRL in general. He has taken very well to the IRL, and has been a big contributor, with 4 cars! Good deal! Actually, I'd love to see HIM win it! I know he can still drive. |

I'll be cheering for Helio before anyone else but I absolutely love Bryan Herta from his CART days. I expect Dario and Tony to do very well too and they all have a great chance of winning it!

I'll be cheering for all four of them from the Honda fan Section at Montegi next week when I go there.

Hello AllofaSutton, welcome to the fourms (I've been saying that a lot recently!)
I'm pulling for the AGR guys. Tony Kanaan is a great driver and a fantastic personality as well. I've always been a fan of Herta, it's about time he got himself a goo ride. Being a Brit myself, I can't help put pull for Dario & Dan also. Dan has the talent to win the whole thing - he's only a couple of point of the championhip lead. (Sam Hornish is still my favorite driver though ) Last edited by Down F0rce; 9 Apr 2004 at 09:13. |

AGR has a dynamite team this year and should be favoured to win as many as 4-6 races this year plus be a real contender to win Indy and give Honda their first win at the track they own Motegi !

Welcome on board TO!
May your hopes prove right! ABout Indy what makes me a bit doubtful is that, at the end of the day, the penskies have always dominated since they have come back. Remember last year? Kanaan was not too far, but never seemd able to get enough close try and overtake. |

Ideally I'd rather see one of the stalwart IRL teams win it, but only Panther and perhaps Kelley have a realistic chance.
AGR have all the right ingredients though - great funding, good equipment, a big entry, drivers ranging form young to experienced, and knowledgable popular owners. Tony is probably the best bet out of their drivers. |

From a certain standpoint, it would be interesting if the victory went to Alex Barron: US driver, US team, US engine
