Knockhill Entry List

Hi all, currently getting excited about seeing the GTs at the weekend - it was a blast last year despite the rain (it's probably going to rain a bit this Sunday but shouldn't be anything like as bad as last year I'm told ) just wondering if anyone has the entry list seeing as it's the official test day tommorow - I know a few teams probably wont make the trip due to the distance involved etc and the fact Silverstone was just a few short days ago but any ideas what sort of figure we'll be looking at?

I would expect to see:

The Lister, 2 Saleens and the Speed 12 in GT
At least 2 TVR Tuscan R's the Morgan? a plethora of Porsches.
Unsure on the Stealth, am awaiting the entry list to be published

Seems the Stealth won't be there as the team is preparing for a Belcar round. Not sure why they are bothering to do that series!

2 Saleens? is there another car ready to race, in addition to the Erdos/Mckellar car?

Will there be the usual 2 Ferrari 360's in GTO?

Autosport reported today that Graham Nash will run a second Saleen in as many rounds that don't clash with the Spanish GT series.

The Veloqx team could run a second Ferrari and the Teledata Racing team is hoping to run some Nissan Skylines, should they get the goahead from the organisors.

Haven't heard about a 2nd Veloqx Ferrari, think they are going to concentrate on the one car at present.

The 2nd Saleen is old news, so nothing new from Autosport, other news sites are normally 1- 2 weeks quicker with the news.

Again a disapointing GT class entry

I think it's got something to do with a combination of French or Belgian sponsors and marketing the Stealth in Belgium- presumably they're looking to sell cars to Belcar competitors in future....

Looks pretty sparse to begin with but I guess pretty much all the quality entries are there... Why no GT Marcoses? Seem to have all the big GTO entries anyway though I'm surprised theres no Morgan... shame the Ohana Marcos isn't coming - I like the look of that car

No GT Marcos' because of engine rebuilds. There is no Pilgrim Mantis either, a bit far for the small team, and i expect the Morgan has only just returned from Pre-Qualifying.

But only 12 cars, things haven't been this bad for ages!

As Knockhill is a small track, its probably wise not to have a big field.
