8. Enjoyed the flying sparks, good overtakes and a very exciting battle between Rosberg and Räikkönen.

I enjoyed it. 8!
so the obvious question now is: were the boring bahraini GP's down to a bad track layout, or the temperature being to high? seems that running it in the cooler night gives great GP's? |

A very respectable 7. It was quite the classic that we had last year - but it still had entertainment value. Good overtakes by Nico on the Ferraris. Good racing from Nasr on Massa(yes - it rhymes) - and he did some good overtakes. The "sparks" were fun in the night time sky. Good to see Bottas defending from Vettel. Great that Kimi got past Rosberg. Plus, towards the end with the Mercedes' brake issues - it got a bit tense.
The track isn't my cup of tea - but I suppose that you can race there. All in all - a rather decent race. I just hope that Spain doesn't disappoint - as we know what a snorefest that can be sometimes. |

A repeat of last years race was always going to be too much to ask but I'm not basing this on that. It was not one of the best races I've seen. It didn't hold my attention throughout and I found myself getting distracted, particularly a few laps after the first round of pitstops.
Tyre strategy was interesting, plus there were some moments and some good overtakes and it was good to see what Rosberg is capable of. 6 |

I work on how much I was entertained. I didn't fall asleep, nor did I particularly get distracted either, that gets it to a 5 for starters. I enjoyed it. 8.
How it could only be worth a 2 I'm not rightly sure....... |

Sparks worth at least 2 pts alone! Alas, the action was there, but sporadic and a decent finish.

What? Did RTL manage to show ads always when something interesting happened? Or how come that this race is so highly rated?
The only thing that made the race interesting was Kimi's different strategy. |

Gave it a 7 - some good battles throughout the field, and of course the sparks do look spectacular.......
Now if Ferrari had pulled Kimi in a few laps earlier.......he might even have smiled at the end |
