Sarah to return
Word has it that Sarah Fisher has enough sponsorship (plus donations from fans) to run the 2 remaining ovals. Good news. I hope she can find money to run all of next year. I think all she needs (besides money) is a good engineer she can establish a good rapport with. I would love to see her do well.

At least she is doing it the hard way, first getting sign with a team and now having her own team,it takes guts for a woman to do it(cant see miss patrick doing it)let hope she repays the fans and sponsors by getting some good results in those 2 races.

She comes across a lot better than Danica does, her 'ya know' count is a lot lower.
IIRC her background is dirt ovals, in an interview with Midweek Motorsport 2 weeks ago she said that she was looking for sponsership to cover her oval races (which she has with Dollar General) and a driver to come to the team with sponsership to do the road/street courses. Makes sense that she does what she's good at and isn't a Roth/Duno on the road courses. |
