OVERSTEER should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Justin Wilson to CART with Newman Haas in 2003??

According to a rumour i've come across, Justin Wilson has had a seat fitting with Newman haas recently had a seat fitting and is possibly testing with them later on in the season, so could he move to CART with them in 2003 as a replacment for Christian Fittipaldi?

Not a bad choice, and it seems to be the current trend of F3000 Champions moving into the CART series instead of F1.

Besides, Fittipaldi has had plenty of time to deliver, and has not done so. His time is coming to an end.

The only problem Wilson will have is gathering sponsorship if that is what the seat needs.

that would be a sound move from Mr Hass , i agree about Fittipaldi , even if he does well this year , a young charger like Justin would do the team proud .

Fittipaldi shouldn't've been in teh seat for 2002, or 2001 for that matter, a few team owners in CART (and F1) seem to ahve excessive loyalty t underperforming drivers. If it was F1 the fact that Justin's a good foot taller than Cristiano would scupper the idea, but it doesn't matter in CART. I'd lvoe to see him in the series.

I wonder if the thought of Justin getting a sniff of that seat has made Christian push that little bit more ?
