Anglesey Next Weekend...

Hi Guys,

My car is, at last, going out to play at Anglesey next weekend. Alas, I won't be driving as I'll be at Alder Hey with the little one.

If, perchance you see it being driven erratically, too fast or maybe just not being loved enough, please ensure the B & W flag is used so it isn't broken again before I get a chance to play out !!

See you all at Oulton on 18/9 ??

Coz it's in your blood fella!

Bryan, we'll look after the car in Ty Croes and the driver as well if you're lucky!

Look forward to seeing you back at Oulton in September!

Timetable :
Sat 10.00 - 17.30
11 Practice / Qualifying Sessions
9 races. First race 14.35
Sun
1000 Start
10 Practice / Qualifying Sessions
11 races. First race 12.35

Barbie

The FF1600 drivers have been asked to bring a barbie, foodstuffs and liquid refreshments - with extra to feed and water you jaffas. That's about as far as the 'organisation' goes. Hopefully we can then set up in a big circle - just like the old wild west - and let the party begin.

I said Blue - I'm told that the gentleman who has it under his care thinks it is boring "and needs to be a bit more striking" ........Gulp....

Maybe you're now looking for a pink Cossie......

Anyway.....My daughters heart op was cancelled (again) today so subject to the NHS getting something right ("No chance for next week, we'll phone you on Monday")I'm going to pop down to Anglesey and try and watch.......Seems a bit rude to promise the car & then pinch it back !!

Timetable is on the BRSCC NW website - looks like being an excellent meeting, with 11 different race categories and 20 races over the weekend!

All we need to do now is hope for decent BBQ weather!

Looks good to me but why oh why oh why do we have to have 45 minutes of untimed practise for the T-Cars? It's not like they've not been to Anglesey before. I hope there's more than six of them? (What do you call the "Spare" T-car?)

Saturdays timetable looks a bit ambitious - 9 races starting at 14:35 and then a qually for the Global Lights!

Looking forward to it all!

Well, the weather forecast for Holyhead looks pretty good at least up until Friday!

Hard to believe right now as the rain pours through the roof of my office!

The weekend can't come soon enough!

Guest tickets?

My pass and instructions arrived this morning, but there was no guest ticket - is this the same for everyone, or just a mistake? Just wondering!

No doubt we will do our best, but can anyone see that timetable going ahead without the odd race/session been lost due to not enough time.
Anglesey meetings have in general been just enough races etc for a decent lunch break and finish around 5ish for that slog back along the 55, but looking at this timetable i think we will be lucky to get away from the circuit at 7 then there's the traffic on the 55 looks like it could be a late one home!!
