prototype should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Acemco Saleens for sale

DSC has listed both Acemco Saleens up for sale.

I thought the bear said that they were already sold. I wonder if the deal fell through.

Bottom line is ALMS needs more cars in GT1 and I think these 2 would be a GREAT addition.

Rumours were they had already been sold, I guess not.

Update to Oreca spec, plus undoubted help from IMSA, could be potential winners.

I guess about $350,000

Does anyone have any guesses as to where these cars may end up? GT1 could definately use a grid increase worldwide.

Opening bids START AT $350,000 ( or down payment of $350,000 ) but the reserve has not been met.

If I had to guess $500,000 each plus another $200,000 for the spare parts.

It looks like he got a good deal on that Land Rover. Hopefully that will allow him to spend some cash on the Saleen.

I know Sportscars have been put on Ebay from time to time. What typically happens to them once they are sold?

What I am really getting at is what is the liklihood of seeing a Saleen run in the ALMS next year?
