Genie nearly beat Gronholm in Galway, but I would expect him to be more concerned about Tarmac C'ship points this time.

loeb seems to have clawed back a 30 odd second deficit to higgins today to be leading, however its dificult to guess the actual speed differential because while loeb struggled with setup yesterday which will have hampered him, higgins appears to be suffering from setup/steering problems today which in his words "make it difficult to commit"

Citroen didn't bring gravel suspension, so they will not be able to test that type of setup. Loeb complained about the car being too stiff on the bumper stages yesterday.

seb is running away with it now, 20 secs ahead. lets hope the different tarmac of tomorrow unsettles him a little and mark can get back at him. it;d be good if mark can push him to the finish like gene did with gronholm in galway

If Loeb is 20 seconds up (not a huge margin) then come the WRC round I'd expect the locals to be well up the field - the podium may be out of reach but I'd expect a lot of the top ten to be local
