SJ Spode should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Predictions - Rally Turkey

The latest new addition to the calendar, and as it's classed as a long haul event no testing has been permitted. So who will come out tops?, and will the Peugeot title steamroller gain added momentum?

After two fourth places, Markko Märtin is going for podium finish.

Citroen's real test on gravel begins in Turkey. Colin McRae can make it happen.

The Focus has always been good at these rough gravel events - don't rule out the top step of that podium for Markko Martin.

McRae will charge and i,ve full confidence in him to get the car on the podium. Solberg will be out to prove that Rally GB was no fluke, while Makinen should have high spirits. My top six prediction is
1 Grondholm
2 Solberg
3 McRae
4 Martin
5 Burns
6 Makinen/Loeb

Apparently after first reccies the crews are reporting the stages as been rough, so it looks like Turkey could be a car breaker.

Truer words never spoken! That race broke more cars than even the Safari Rally did!

I forgot to predict which is just as well -- I could never have predicted that finish.
