Victor Meldrew Trophy, Brands
I don't believe it, still no news.
Who's doing it, or not? Not that I mind. |

I would have thought Mr Willcocks would have been on here by now giving us a detailed entry list, and heat split!! He`s normally very good like that!! If he doesn`t get a move on the MSVR website may steal his thunder....
How many of the miserable old so and so`s will be cheating, sorry, "testing" on Friday? There`s usually a handful of the most unscrupulous ones out to play. |

Looks good, as does the entry for the other categories. The BMW's were expected, and they will keep elio happy. 2 X portion of chips from hailwoods = £3:50 and a programme is what? £3? so they actually get more revenue from the chips then if we got a programme instead |

The Victor Meldrew Trophy
I'm going to Brands Hatch as a Marshal and Journalist-writer-blogger on the 14th of Nov for Lotus Elise Enduro, but don't know a thing about the Victor Meldrew Trophy.
Is there anyone who knows how this popular competition works? Rules and Regulations? How the cars relate to the theme of One Foot in The Grave?, who takes part?, what is kind of racing is it? the cars? would appreciate any information Thanks. Entry list looks good, apart from the endless hordes of BMW's (as you say...that was expected) I guess it Bulks up the Grid's a bit.
Looking fairly likely to be a "wet race day"...heavy showers forecast by the BBC. |

Enter next year Elio and bh, you would stand a good chance of winning without showing up
If you are there on Saturday come and get an entry form for 2010. Just returned from the International Victor Meldrew Symposium in Cape Town so had limited access to email, hence the lack of an entry list. Quote:
