I'll be there spectating for the weekend. It's probably my favourite meeting of the season. Great sound and sights on the best circuit.

Anyone who fancies trying Marshalling for a day / the weekend please let me know, worth seeing it from the other side now and again and Drivers can get a signature on their licence.
We are looking forward to what I believe will be a cracking meeting. |

I'll be there in the Historic Roadsports. Green and white Elan no 46. I'll also have my red one there that i might use in the second race. Best drivers circuit in the UK in my opinion!

Is there a link to sign up for a GS 'Live' tutorial anywhere? Would seem like a good way to spend Sunday AM. In fact maybe the whole day ... |

Well, he gave me a few location tips after the 750MC meeting at Mallory a couple of weeks ago but when I came to match the advice to the circuit layout my brain, being what it is at the end of a day, only managed to remember about half of it and not necessarily in the right order!
Still, I've done the 'net research via Google Maps (disappointed to find they missed it from StreetView though .... ), have some excellent info from Mr. Morgan, watched some YouTube videos (again) and today spoke to someone who was on many occasions a CoC there (for Bikes) and who had driven past the entrance last Sunday. Other than a GS tutorial what more can one do to prepare? (OK, ok , I know, loose a couple of stone, try getting some exercise, all the other stuff one is meant to embrace these days. Heck, I cut the grass the other day - should be enough shouldn't it? Don't want to over-train and burn out early in the season.) Iain, for some reason I thought you were going to be elsewhere this coming weekend. No idea why. Yep, be good to see you and sort out the Pau plan. Are you sure there's no chance of a run out in the March ... ? |

Okay, I've got to ask (at the risk of public ridicule) - what's a "GS tutorial"? Google Search???
Don't know if the following link re the circuit layout might be of use (and I don't know how up to date or accurate it is): http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?hl=...0.027466&z=152 Great circuit for photos Grant, you won't regret it. Hoping to get there on Monday myself. |
