Le Mans trap speeds needed
This information will be in the 1991 and 1992 ACO annual. I'm looking for the trap speeds posted for the:
1991: Jaguar XJR-14, car was withdrawn for the race but ran a 3:31.912 and would have been on pole. Hopefully they have a speed listed for it from practice/qualifying. 1992: Mazda MXR-01, two -01s were entered, interested in speeds for both. Often times the annuals list the practice and race speeds, if availabel I'm interested in both numbers for all the cars above. |

Don't have 1991 - yet.
1992 though: Mazda MXR-01 No. 5 Herbert/Wiedler/Gachot/Sala Practice: 324 Race: 309 Mazda MXR-01 No. 6 Sala/Yorino/Terada Practice: 313 Race: n/a Speed measured on Indianapolis straight at post 12. |

In the 1991 LM Book of JM Teissédre they tell for XJR14
319 Km / H. The speed was talked in the Hunaudières at "poste 8a" before Nissan corner.Only A Wallace droved the car and the best time was in Thursday 'practice. all the best for you Alain |
