Help identifying this car

Please could someone help identify this car. Its from a competition in the May edition of Motorsport on page 20. The competition has now closed (i'll post the rest of the page to show this if needed), i'd just like to know for curiousity sake. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's from way before I was born, but my dad reckons it could be a March, I thought possibly a Formula 5000, but I wasnt sure if they raced on the conteninent and the photo is at a French citcuit (Rouen?). If anyone could let me know that would be great, thanks in advance.

I'm sure it's a Formula 2 Pygmee. Did I not read this in the June Motor Sport ? I'm sure they gave that answer there.......

mcurtis26.
The answer is in the June edition of Motor Sport, it is indeed a Pygmee driven by Patrick dal Bo at Rouen in 1970.

It's Beltoise's MDB16 at Rouen 1971. Photo was originally in Autosport's report, I think
