Dunlop Package @ Castle Combe

July 19th & 20th.
So are you going to this meeting,on paper it looks a damn fine weekend of racing.
With 11 different championship groups running and 18 races over the 2 days with only 2 classes a tab low on numbers.
At present, the weather is looking good for the weekend.
i`m looking forward to this one.
I know it clashes with Gurston on the sunday.
See ya there

I will be there as 'Normal'!!!!!
yeah, I'm doing allocations, first time for a 2 day meeting, Doing them tomorrow night, Mr F is Chief Marshal, I'm Deputy, Mrs F is Chief Start line
There is no way it can be as wet as last time, but have black hi-viz (go figure!) water proof trousers now, so it will now never rain again!

I'm there I cant wait - hoping the weather will be good, although the forecast I saw today said otherwise. Last year around this time when I last went it absolutely bucketed down.Hopefully this year I wont be hunting in the hay for flying wheels!

Yes, the Tavern is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, bar & food.

First couple of trucks just arriving as I left the office. Track day tomorrow, testing Thursday and another track day on Friday so hopefully the competitors won't be too worn out before the weekend...

It'll take me longer to put my tent up than it will to drive home - so I'm not staying! See you all bright and early on Saturday.

Agreed. Would have made much more sense for those of us having to travel a fair way for the weekend anyway!
