Nexus should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Dunlop @ Donington - 2nd & 3rd August

I'm a late volunteer for this one via the ES team but can't really find much information about it on line other than the basic info on the DP Website.

Anyone else down for this are is everyone going to play with the trucks at thruxton?

I'm only doing the Saturday and will be Mallory for the 750mc on Sunday.

Be careful what you wish for [IE not wishing to meet in a gravel trap! ]

Very true the luck I have been having of late, managed one lap at Croft in qually and had a wiring burn out, I thought it was bad prep and it had shorted out but I stripped it down yesterday and somehow the main terminal nut on the inside had worked its self off shorting the whole thing out, another 60 quid fr an alternator!

Thanx, same old story though if they wont allow dry sumping I think I may have to give it all a miss, getting a bit fed up with it now. BTW thank you guys.

Hi,

Thanks and well done to all of the officials from Phil Owen and myself. Once again we were a bit thin on the ground, but thanks to everyones hard work the weekend went well.

Had a good 2 days on post 7 with Rob & Paul , despite the broken phone! Good job we didn't have any incidents to phone in. My arms have just about recovered from flagging against the wind, and that ladder has reminded me I need to get to the gym more often

Sticker Rub should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
A busy day between sessions on Post 39 but not much to do during them. The disappearance of all floppies at Goddards in during Sunday's first race guaranteed lots of corner cutting & plenty of sweeping. How come I was the only one on post with a licence to drive the broom? The one remaining floppy disappeared during the afternoon Sport Maxx race but thanks to the lady on Redgate for its welcome but unexpected return. Sorry, I recognised the face but I don't know your name, we didn't have time for introductions.

The circuit staff got us very excited at lunchtime by re-chalking all the grid numbers right back to Goddards. We were hoping for a massive turnout in the afternoon races.

Interesting Reliant Robin impersonation by the Fiesta. I'm not sure the Clerk was very impressed though.

Thanks to the CTCRC for the doughnuts.

Oh, I forgot to mention the fantastic display by the Minis! 3 abreast into Goddards & sideways through it with minimal contact. Those new German things don't seem to handle nearly as well as the real thing.
