Such a shame no acceptable deal could be made to get a UK round back on the Endurance schedule.

14 date changes across the SRO series apparently.
Spa 24 is a month earlier. Brands Hatch 2 weeks later. Hockenheim is now Sprint not Endurance, which is personally frustrating as I planned to go there for the first time. |

F1 taking the long established Spa 24 slot stinks; and more proof they ride roughshod over every other series.
One hopes the current F1 bubble bursts spectacularly...... |

Yeah, really enjoyed this year's race. Not sure I will bother for sprint (depends on the support package I guess), and driving out to the Nürburgring is always such a long trek and depending on the weather the race might or might not actually happen. And even if it does, it is often a miserable experience.

I keep holding out hope each year that it will be back along with WEC/ELMS but i fear the truth is its not coming back for a long time. I dont really know the true reason why.

We are already in a decent swing with announcements for 2023 with the Marc VDS name returning as part of the new Boutsen VDS name, WRT looking likely to have a 3-4 car presence, Dinamic returning, Comtoyou trying to help VDS fill the WRT void at Audi, and Iron Lynx swapping to Lamborghini in a big way.
As with every year, my lists only show confirmed entries or those outlined directly by the team, and I’ll split cars in to classes as we get nearer the start of season GTWC Europe GTWC Endurance Cup - 11 Cars Bousten VDS - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - Aurélien Panis / Alberto di Folco / TBC Bousten VDS - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Comtoyou Racing - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Comtoyou Racing - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Dinamic Motorsport - Porsche 911 GT3 R - TBC / TBC / TBC Dinamic Motorsport - Porsche 911 GT3 R - TBC / TBC / TBC Iron Lynx - Lamborghini Huracan GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Iron Lynx - Lamborghini Huracan GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Iron Lynx - Lamborghini Huracan GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Team WRT - BMW M4 GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Team WRT - BMW M4 GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC GTWC Sprint Cup - 8 Cars Bousten VDS - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - Aurélien Panis / Alberto di Folco Bousten VDS - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC Comtoyou Racing - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC Comtoyou Racing - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC Comtoyou Racing - Audi R8 LMS GT3 - TBC / TBC Team WRT - BMW M4 GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Team WRT - BMW M4 GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC Team WRT - BMW M4 GT3 - TBC / TBC / TBC |

I think the German manufacturers + Ferrari and Lambo have done it the right way
Seems they offer a lot of support for customers and maybe their cars are cheaper to run per kilometre (read somewhere that Ferrari is most expensive but owning a Ferrari brings its own benefits) And that is why you see most German cars and very few Bentleys, Lexus, Mclaren, Aston, Honda - I just guess their customer offerings are not as good value for money as the German brands and maybe offer less customer support too |
