BD should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Arrow's problems...

Arrows seems to be in a state of turmoil. They had a major driver controversy, they were rushed to design the new car with the different engine, and now they are having problems keeping the rear wing attached.
Many in this forum seem to believe that Arrows will do relatively well. But the fact is they have a very limited amount of time to test their new car. They have to test the new engine, new tires, new electronics, new aero package, new driver etc. They are rumored to be in a poor financial position, ergo the limited testing.
A lot of people think Arrows will fair better than Jaguar this year because Jaguar had a problem with their front wing. But this problem is nothing compared to the challenges Arrows face.
I have no doubt that Arrows will make it to the grid for the first race. But I do doubt that they will make it with a competitive car. By the time they figure it out and can begin to improve its performance, the season will be halfway over.
Jaguar will have figured out its problems by the first race and will be able to improve it thereafter.

I think why most people think Arrows would do better than Jaguar is not becaus of the problem with Jaguar's front wing, but from what we see last season.

With a comparatively small budget and a therotecally inferior engine, Arrows had more than on one occasion perform very close, and sometimes, even better (malaysia, Austria) than Jaguar. Now that they have the same engine, and a good designer to make a neat car, and that we see Lauda still struggling with performance and pulling his team together, its not hard to think that Arrows would have the upper hand.

Sure, lack of testing and all the problems you list would affect Jaguar. And Jaguar have tons more cash to work problems out and to improve. So what we have is an exciting fight for face..>Jaguar just have to prove their worth.
