Realistic PC sims!
Hello,
Could anybody recomend me a very realistic pc sim that is not a mod. I am desperate to play a realistic game and have got F1C but it gets a little boring after a while! Replies greatly appreciated, Cheers, Carse |

GPL
Grand Prix Legends that is You get to race the cars of 1967, its very difficult, you'll never get bored. It can be bought for as little as £3 these days, though more usually £4.99 Try ebay or go to www.sold-out.co.uk |

GPL all the way!!
GPL, NASCAR 2003 and F1C are by far and away the most realistic racing games in the world at the moment, soon to be joined by GTR. But I don't know whether you would like NASCAR oval racing. Certainly, Papy's interpretation of it is very realistic, but oval racing isn't to everyone's tastes. GPL features over 400 tracks, historic "pure" racing cars (none of this traction control, wings **** ), one of the biggest and best online communities, with many exciting mods (65, with 55 and 37 on the way), and the most sensational driving experience in a computer game. Sheesh, I should go into advertising... Go for it, and good luck |

Now how did I know what the response was going to be to this thread? I think I must be psychic.
Ditto the above. Last edited by Spudgun; 21 Jul 2004 at 21:19. |

GPL of course - forget the pale imitations and go for the real thing.
(As it happens though, I really like the SCC mod for F1C - I seem to have the handling tuned to my liking now. ) |
